1. Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. What Can Be Exchanged or Returned:
Size issues
Defective or damaged items
Incorrect items received
Note: Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only, not return.

4. Shipping for Returns:
For exchanges, courier charges will be borne by the customer.
If the item received was faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for valid returns and will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after inspection.
